MORE MYSELF, an exhibition of paintings by Jadran Lenarčič

The images of Jadran Lenarčič, a recognised scientist in the area of robot kinematics, fuse the landscape of the littoral and Karst region with the life of coastal towns and the spirit of space that expands in the infinity of the cosmos.  They reveal directly a Mediterranean soul which possesses a distinct sensual relationship with a world filled with serenity and light. In compositions of vivacious colours and stylized forms, which day by day become more individually interpreted, we can recognise a scientist for whom the mysteries of painting and compositions on the canvas are far from being unknown.

His creations contain a cubistic understanding of perspective and fantastic metaphysical visions that represent a delicate reflection of the truths and dilemmas of existence, which he solves without scruples, in the same way as the geniuses of the Renaissance, convinced that answers can only be found in a complete holistic understanding of the world.
